Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

• We currently deliver to all major cities and districts across Bangladesh through our trusted courier partners.
• Please note that deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability and local service coverage.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Public holidays
• Government restrictions
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Courier service delays
• High order volume during promotional campaigns or festive seasons

3. Shipping Charges

Our standard delivery charges are:

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 80
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 100

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed after business hours, on Fridays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation message or tracking information (where available).

5. Payment Methods

We currently offer:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.
• Other online payment methods may be available during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact payment amount ready when receiving your package.

6. Delivery Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect their parcel in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you notice any of the following:

• Wrong product
• Damaged product
• Leaked product
• Defective product

Please inform the delivery personnel immediately before accepting the parcel.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• Incorrect contact information
• Customer refusal without a valid reason

The order may be cancelled or additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
