1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team with your Order Number as soon as possible.
• Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
• If your order contains multiple products, you may request to cancel one or more items before shipment, subject to order processing status.
• Any eligible refund resulting from an approved cancellation will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by Snow and Summer

Snow and Summer reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• The ordered product is out of stock.
• A pricing, product listing, or technical error has occurred.
• The delivery address or contact information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
• The customer cannot be reached for order verification when required.
• The order appears to be fraudulent or violates our Terms & Conditions.
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent order fulfillment.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method.

• Reason for Cancellation
