Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, please follow these conditions:

• Customers must inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, expired, or incorrect product, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and refuse to accept the package.
• Once the product has been accepted and the delivery personnel has left, no return or refund requests will be accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.
• Products returned without their original packaging.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
• After this period, the order may already be under processing, packed, or dispatched, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

6. Policy Updates

Snow and Summer reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on www.snowandsummer.com.bd.
